A BS in, well, BS...
Want to be a "Toilet Specialist?". I think I'd want to, only to proudly proclaim that I graduated from the "World Toilet College" Them Singaporeans are a strange bunch indeed... must be nice to use a facility without fear of what you might find on the floor though.
Upon further searching, I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who finds this whole concept amazing!
I swear, I can't make this stuff up if I tried.

But it is logical, many people dont take pride in work. Even bad jobs, I take very seriously, probably because I dont have to do them for the rest of my life. But it would be great if these people had a bigger stake in work. The pay increase isnt bad either.
Very good call about taking pride in their work. Just because it is a crap job doesn't mean that you shouldn't try to do it as best as you possibly can. God only knows I wouldn't want to do it but throwing them a few extra bucks is the right thing to do so far as I'm concerned.
